REFUND POLICY:

GetYourGuide customers: Please show your voucher to our staff member here at the entrance. We will provide you with a full cash refund on the spot starting from 20:00 (8:00 p.m.) at the theatre entrance (Řetězová 7, Prague 1)

Other agencies and Online bookings: Your refund has been processed automatically to your original payment method. You do not need to do anything. The funds will appear in your account within 1–5 business days.
