HILT Black Light Theatre comes with its most successful production, Images of Love. The theatre hall will be filled with darkness where emotions, imagination and surprising stage images come to life.
Images of Love is a visual show full of humour, movement, light and music. It tells a story of love without words, understandable for everyone, regardless of age or language. Audiences laugh, sometimes feel tension, sometimes want to dance, and very often leave with the feeling that they have seen something truly different.
The story follows many forms of love – from the first meeting of two people, through romance, passion and dreams, to the darker sides of relationships and stereotypes that can destroy their magic. Everything takes place in absolute darkness with UV effects, where stage images and live actors merge into one visual world directly in front of the audience.
Music plays a key role in the performance. The show includes world-famous songs as well as original music by director Theodor Hoidekr, including Coldplay, Sting, Shakira, AC/DC and songs from Dirty Dancing. A special moment is also created by the mystical music of the Bulgarian National Ensemble Koutev, for which HILT has a special licence.
HILT Black Light Theatre has its home stage in the historic centre of Prague and has performed around the world – in Europe, Asia and Latin America. In 2025 it received two international awards at Bharat Rang Mahotsav, officially recognised as the world’s largest theatre festival that year. Even so, it remains close to its audience and is built on direct contact, lightness and a shared experience.
Images of Love is more than a performance. It is an experience.
